Púls Media ehf. places great importance on ensuring the security of users and their personal information.

Data Processing

Puls is the data controller as defined in Act No. 90/2018 on personal data protection and the processing of personal data, and the European Union regulation GDPR. All processing of personal data is fair and transparent. Puls Media ehf. guarantees that it will not use user information irresponsibly, unsafely, or illegally.

The user can contact Púls at any time to:

Non-Personal Information

Púls Media ehf. reserves the right to generate non-personal statistical summaries and other derived information that are undoubtedly non-personal and to use them in the company's operations, for example in the marketing materials of Púls Media.

Accounting Records

When a user purchases advertising placements through the Púls Ad Market, information about the user and the company is shared with the relevant advertising medium. All use of Púls is at the user's own risk. If a dispute or damage occurs due to the use of Púls, it is completely irrelevant and without responsibility for the owners of Púls Media ehf. The user cannot claim any damages or refunds from Púls due to the use of the system.

This privacy policy is governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes arising in connection with this privacy policy must be resolved before the District Court of Reykjavik if they cannot be resolved otherwise.
